Do you work in my yard or marina?
Yes — our technicians work in every yard and marina in Malta and Gozo, including [Msida, Ta' Xbiex, Grand Harbour, Kalkara, Portomaso and Mġarr — confirm]. If your boat needs lifting, we book the slot for you.
How are quotes and invoices structured?
Labour at [€xx per hour — confirm] and parts itemised at cost plus [x]%. If a job turns out bigger once it is opened up, we stop and re-quote rather than running on.
Who actually does the work?
A network of self-employed technicians we have worked with for years, each in their own trade. Stephen coordinates the job, checks the work and reports to you, so you deal with one person.
Are you insured, and is the work guaranteed?
[Confirm insurance cover and any guarantee period on labour. Suggested: public liability cover of €x million, and our labour guaranteed for [12 months]; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.]
Can you handle a whole refit while I am abroad?
That is most of what we do. You get a schedule, photos as the work progresses, and a call when a decision is needed. Most owners never need to fly out.
