1. Tell us
If something is not right, tell Stephen directly: [+356 xxxx xxxx], WhatsApp, or [hello@yachting.mt]. Say which boat, which job, and what you expected instead. Photos help.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within [two working days].
- We look at the job, the photo record and the invoice, and if needed we visit the boat.
- We reply in writing within [ten working days] with what we found and what we propose: a fix, a partial credit, or an explanation.
3. If the work is at fault
Work covered by our guarantee is put right at no cost to you. Where a technician’s work is at fault, we deal with the technician; you deal only with us.
4. If you are still not satisfied
- You can ask for the matter to be reviewed again with any new information.
- Consumers in Malta can contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. [Confirm the right bodies with your lawyer.]
- For privacy complaints, see our privacy policy.
5. Record
We keep a record of every complaint and its outcome for [x years] so we can see patterns and fix them.
Draft for review
- This page is draft wording, not legal advice. Have a Maltese lawyer review it before launch.
