Management, answered plainly.
Do you work in my yard or marina?
Yes — we work with every yard and marina in Malta and Gozo, including [Msida, Ta' Xbiex, Grand Harbour, Kalkara, Portomaso and Mġarr — confirm].
How is management charged?
A [monthly retainer — confirm] agreed up front for the boat and the scope. Repairs and third-party costs are separate and itemised on one report so you can see exactly where the money went.
Who actually does the work?
Stephen runs the administration and coordinates a network of self-employed technicians for anything hands-on. You deal with one person.
Are you insured?
[Confirm insurance cover. Suggested: public liability cover of €x million.]
Can you take over a boat I never visit?
That is most of what we do. You get a monthly report, photos of every visit, and a call when a decision is needed.
