How we work
Four things we hold to.
You see the work
Photos after every visit and through every job. If we say we replaced it, there is a picture of it.
Quotes before work
Nothing starts without your approval. If the job grows once it is opened up, we stop and re-quote.
The right trade, not the nearest
We bring in the technician who does that work properly, and we check it before you are invoiced.
We say when we cannot
If a job is outside what we do well, we say so and point you at someone who does it.
Our network
Self-employed technicians we have worked with for years.
Marine engineers, electricians, GRP and paint specialists, shipwrights and cleaners — each self-employed, each in their own trade. We do not carry a payroll of generalists, so you get the specialist the job needs.
Every technician works to our standard: turn up when we said, photograph the work, leave the boat clean. Stephen inspects before anything is signed off.
