- Quotes are valid for [30 days — confirm] and are based on what can be seen without dismantling.
- If a job turns out to be bigger once it is opened up, we stop and send a revised quote. Nothing extra is done until you approve it.
- Nothing starts until you approve the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp counts).
3. Who does the work

- Parts are charged at cost plus [x]% and itemised on the invoice, with supplier invoices available on request.
- Yard fees, lift-out, berthing and third-party charges are passed on at cost.
- Invoices are due within [14 days — confirm]. For jobs over [€x,xxx], we may ask for a deposit of [xx]% before ordering parts.
- Late payment: [confirm any interest or suspension of work].
5. Access to your boat
You authorise us and our technicians to board your boat and to arrange access with the marina or yard for the purpose of the quoted work. If we hold keys, we keep them [securely, and confirm how].
6. Photo reports
We photograph work as it progresses and send you a report. Photos may be kept as part of your boat’s service history. We do not publish photos of your boat without your permission.
7. Guarantee and insurance

9. Liability
We are liable for loss or damage caused by our negligence, up to [the value of the work or our insurance cover — confirm with your lawyer]. We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability, yard scheduling or weather, but we will tell you as soon as we know.
