The problem
A [15-year-old] boat with a long list, and an owner who wanted it all done in one winter.
We priced the whole list as one quote with each item separately, so the owner could remove anything. Nothing was removed. Progress photographs went out every [Friday].
Work done
- Standing rigging replaced and tuned
- DC panel and battery bank replaced
- Fresh water system re-plumbed
- Non-slip repainted on deck
- Engine service and new cutless bearing
- Sea trial and handover with a photo log of every job
